What is a functional pouch?
A small, soft pouch you tuck between your lip and gum. It slowly releases flavour and active ingredients over 20–40 minutes. No smoke, no vapour, and no spitting with most modern formulas.
Do these contain nicotine or tobacco?
No. Every product we sell is 100% tobacco-free and nicotine-free. That's the whole point — you get the ritual and the boost without nicotine.
Do I swallow it or spit?
Neither. Park it in your cheek, leave it 20–40 minutes, then throw it away. Grinds coffee pouches contain real coffee grounds so a little spitting is normal; the newer white-pouch energy formulas are spit-free.
How many pouches are in a can?
Typically 12–18 depending on the brand and line. Every product page lists the exact count for that item.
How much caffeine is in each pouch?
It varies by line, and every product page lists the exact amount:
- Grinds Coffee Pouches — 25mg, 50mg or 100mg per pouch depending on flavour
- Grinds Energy Pouches — 80mg per pouch
- Ultra Energy — caffeine plus a nootropic blend
- Ultra Focus — caffeine-free, nootropics only
- Ultra Sleep — caffeine-free, with melatonin and L-theanine
- Boost — caffeine-free nootropics and adaptogens
For reference, a standard cup of coffee is roughly 95mg.
Is there a daily caffeine limit I should watch?
Health Canada suggests healthy adults cap caffeine at 400mg per day. Do the math against the product you're using, and count any coffee, tea or energy drinks you also have that day.
Are these safe if I'm pregnant, nursing, or on medication?
Talk to your doctor first. We don't recommend these products for pregnant or nursing individuals, anyone under the age of majority, or people sensitive to caffeine. These products are not evaluated by Health Canada as a treatment for any condition.
Are they vegan, gluten-free, or sugar-free?
Most are sugar-free. Formulations vary by brand and flavour — check the ingredient panel on the product page or the can itself. If you have a specific allergen concern, email us before ordering and we'll check the exact batch for you.
Do you ship across Canada, and how fast?
Yes — all provinces and territories. Orders process in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is $12 and takes 3–7 business days after that; Express is $20 and takes 2–3. Remote and Northern addresses may take longer. We don't ship outside Canada.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more, before tax.
Why are your prices in CAD?
Because we're a Canadian distributor holding Canadian stock. No USD conversion, no surprise customs fees, no three-week border waits.
Do I need to be a certain age to order?
Yes. You must be the legal age of majority in your province — 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, PEI, Quebec and Saskatchewan; 19 everywhere else.
Can I return pouches I didn't like?
Unopened cans, yes — within 30 days, with return shipping at your cost. Opened cans can't be returned for food-safety reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace or refund at our expense.
Do you supply retailers or wholesale?
Yes. We supply convenience stores, golf courses, gyms and specialty retailers across Canada. Email us with your business name, location and the brands you're interested in.
