Refund & Return Policy

We want you to enjoy every pouch. Because our products are ingestible, we have to apply some limits to returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

What can be returned

• Unopened cans — return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — we will replace or refund at our expense. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

What cannot be returned

• Opened cans of coffee, energy, focus, sleep, or nootropic pouches
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items marked final sale
• Gift cards

How to start a return

Email hello@ohmypouches.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as quickly as possible — once an order enters processing, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
