By using ohmypouches.com and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who we are
Oh My Pouches is an authorized Canadian distributor of Grinds Coffee Pouches, Ultra Pouches (Nuro), and Boost Nootropic Pouches. We operate at ohmypouches.com.
2. Eligibility & age of majority
You must be the legal age of majority in your province or territory to buy caffeine-containing products from us (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, PEI, Quebec, Saskatchewan; 19 elsewhere). By placing an order, you confirm you meet that requirement.
3. Health notice
Our products contain caffeine and/or functional botanicals. They are not intended for children, pregnant or nursing individuals, or people sensitive to caffeine. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have any medical condition or are taking medication. These products are not evaluated by Health Canada as a treatment for any condition.
4. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately and use official product photography from each brand. Colours and packaging may vary slightly. We may update product information at any time.
5. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order after acceptance if the product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there is a pricing error. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
7. Shipping, returns, refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Oh My Pouches name, site design, and site content belong to Oh My Pouches. All brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners (Grinds, Ultra/Nuro, Boost) and are used with permission as an authorized distributor.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the current one.
