Shipping Policy

Oh My Pouches ships within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping options & estimated delivery

• Standard shipping — $12 CAD — 3–7 business days after processing
• Express shipping — $20 CAD — 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times to remote areas (Northern territories, rural addresses) may take longer.

Free shipping

Orders of $75 CAD or more (before tax) ship free with standard shipping anywhere in Canada.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order total. All rates are shown in CAD.

Address changes

Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@ohmypouches.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Include your order number and photos of any damage.

International shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
